Guest Designer Day @ One by One the Flamingos are Stealing My Sanity

Okay so today is my day to be Guest Designer @ One by One the Flamingos are stealing my sanity.  I want to thank my dear friend Karel for choosing as a member of her Design Team.  It's such an honor. 

Karel is actually the reason why I really got involved in blogging and entering challenges... cause yes I have always like most of the items I make (everyone has a few that bomb, right???)

And, she said to me to just give it a try and see what happens... well, I think that ever since I've gotten more involved I've spruced up all of the items I do... I never imagined I'd be using stamps and embossing... yeah I know now I can't believe that there ever was a time...

Okay I know your not here to read all of my ramblings... I just can't help myself sometimes.







   The project that I'd like to share with you is the Mother's Day Card that I made for My Mom and my MIL this year...




This is what the outside of the card looks like.
I love the butterflies so pretty.



And now i'd like to show you what the inside looked like.



on the inside I wrote:
Mom, Ma, Mom-Mom, or Nana
We may all call you by a different name.
You hold a special place in our hearts,
just the same.

Paper Lace Cricut Cartridge ( Butterflies cut @ 2" and 2.5") (Lace was cut @ 4")

Inkssentials Glossy Accents ( used this to go over the Happy Mother's Day to give it that glossy look... I love this stuff and I try to use it alot now..lol)
